Canada Post Strikes
Please note Australia Post International Standard is currently unavailable due to strikes in Canada. All parcels sent between the 4th-26th November are currently with Canada Post & are being held in a secure storage facility. As of the 2nd Jan, Canada Post are currently still processing the backlog of parcels which were held due to the strikes.

Baddest Bod does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Please note Baddest Bod does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders received before 12 PM AEDT Monday - Friday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the next business day*.
Purchases made on weekends and on NSW Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods and sales dispatch times may vary.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER?
If your order is returned to sender please contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number for more information as to why your order was returned back to us. Once we receive the package, a gift card will automatically be processed for the items in the order. This gift card will be issued to you on email.
