Horrible product, horrible customer service. I placed an order yesterday with the code BADDIE40 (clearly stated all over the website) which enticed me to purchase my tan. As I put the code apon checkout, my total was $23. 97 + $4. 99 shipping however when I checked my bank statement it has taken out the non discounted amount. I contacted customer support literally immediately to let them know what had happened and Tyla from customer service couldn’t have cared less completely dismissing me of what had happened. This seems incredibly sketchy/ not legal and I have contacted my bank about this to see what they can do. Don’t waste your money on this scam of a brand!!

Ordered, paid for $15 for express shipping. DHL held my order "hostage" requesting a $23 delivery tax. That would mean I would pay $38 for shipping in total. Be upfront about charges so your customer knows what the total cost is before ordering. Asked for a refund as I never received the product. Baddest said the would do a store credit minus my $15. Why, so I can be in the same outrageous situation when I order again. No a solution. Horrible customer service.

Would not recommend this company. Purchased and paid shipping. Only to find out it was coming from Australia and I was hit with a $200 US shipping fee for a $40 self tanner. Tried numerous times with customer service and still haven't received any refund (supposedly will get a store credit), which means I'm out all the money completely since it's once again in Australia.

Seriously the best tan I have used. It doesn’t go patchy just gradually fades off it’s perfect when you follow the instructions. I made the mistake of doing a second coat on 3 day old tan, I think it would have been okay if I had of rinsed it after 30 mins but I slept in it and woke up orange so best applied on clean skin once :)
